    Orders over the limit, with overdue invoices or for high-risk customers wait for a credit decision instead of being confirmed.

    Open receivables plus confirmed orders not invoiced yet, against each customer limit.

  • Limit requests with approval

    Sales asks for a higher limit; a second person approves it.

01Getting started

Confirm your plan includes Credit Control, then install from Settings → Apps. Required dependency apps must be active first.

  • Check market availability on the app detail page
  • Install dependencies before activating Credit Control
  • Use Configure when the app is enabled

02Entitlements

Tryso gates Credit Control by market channel and plan feature. If either gate is revoked, non-core apps are disabled automatically while history is kept.

  • Market installable flag controls channel offer
  • Plan app_*_access controls subscription inclusion
  • Upgrade or re-enable to install again
