  • Promotions and coupons

    Automatic promotions or coupon codes with percentage, fixed, buy X get Y and free product rewards, limits and priorities.

  • Loyalty points

    Customers earn points on confirmed orders and redeem them as a discount; returns take points back.

  • Gift cards

    Issue cards with a code and balance, redeem them on orders and follow every movement.

Automatic promotions and coupon programs, buy X get Y and free products, loyalty points and gift cards on sales orders. Use Settings → Apps to install, review dependencies, and open configuration.

01Getting started

Confirm your plan includes Promotions & Loyalty, then install from Settings → Apps. Required dependency apps must be active first.

  • Check market availability on the app detail page
  • Install dependencies before activating Promotions & Loyalty
  • Use Configure when the app is enabled

02Entitlements

Tryso gates Promotions & Loyalty by market channel and plan feature. If either gate is revoked, non-core apps are disabled automatically while history is kept.

  • Market installable flag controls channel offer
  • Plan app_*_access controls subscription inclusion
  • Upgrade or re-enable to install again
