Before and after

What slows pharmacies down, and how Tryso fixes it

Pharmacies and chemists where batch numbers and expiry dates are not optional.

  1. The problem

    Expiry dates on every pack

Selling the oldest batch first is a manual job without batch tracking, and expired stock is written off.

    With Tryso

Every delivery is received with its batch and expiry date, and the oldest batch is visible when you pick.

  2. The problem

    Many small suppliers

Distributors deliver several times a week at different prices and on different terms.

    With Tryso

Supplier records carry payment terms, per-supplier costs and balances, with purchase payments against them.

  3. The problem

    Branch shortages

One branch is out of a medicine another branch has plenty of.

    With Tryso

Stock is visible per branch, and recorded transfers cover the shortage the same day.

How it works

How pharmacies run on Tryso

From the first delivery to the end of the day, each step happens in the app built for it, on one shared database.

    Accounting

One count for every shelf, store room and branch

Each branch and warehouse holds its own quantity, and the business total is simply their sum. Transfers between locations are documents with a sender and a receiver, so stock never disappears in transit and nobody has to phone round to find a product.

  • Quantity per branch and per warehouse
  • Transfers that both sides confirm
  • Reservations for orders not yet shipped

Batches and expiry dates on every delivery

Receive goods with a batch number and expiry date, and see which batch is oldest before you pick. Food, medicine and cosmetics leave the shelf in date order instead of being found after they have expired.

  • Batch and expiry captured at goods receipt
  • Oldest stock visible when picking
  • Low stock thresholds per product and variant

Every change has a reason and a document

Counts, damages and write-offs are adjustments with a reason on every line, and sales, receipts and transfers are movements against the same ledger. When a number looks wrong, you can trace it to the document that changed it.

  • Adjustments with a reason per line
  • Receipts that move stock and valuation together
  • Stock valuation from recorded movements

Apps

The apps pharmacies switch on

Start with inventory management and add the rest as the business needs it. They all share the same products, customers and books.

  • Point of sale

Sell at the counter with registers, receipts and cash sessions.

  • Products

Products, variants, categories, brands and units in one place.

  • Inventory

Warehouses, stock levels, transfers, counts and reorder rules.

  • Purchasing

Suppliers, purchase orders, goods received and returns.

  • Accounting

Chart of accounts, receivables, payables, banking and journals.

  • Warehouse

Zones, racks and bins, with stock located to the bin.

Every app shares one database, and each is switched on from Settings → Apps when you need it.

Reporting

Numbers pharmacies keep an eye on

Reports are built from the documents your team already records, so every figure can be traced back to the sale, receipt or payment behind it.

Frequently asked questions

Does Tryso track medicine batches and expiry?

Yes. Inventory supports batches with expiry dates, so each pack can be traced to its delivery and the oldest stock sold first.

Can I see how much I owe each distributor?

Yes. Supplier balances build up from goods receipts and go down with purchase payments.

What is inventory management software?

Inventory management software records every stock movement, such as sales, purchases, transfers and adjustments, so you always know how much of each product you have and where it is. Tryso keeps one stock ledger for the shop floor, the online store and the warehouse.

Can Tryso track stock across several branches?

Yes. Stock is held per branch and per warehouse, and transfers between them are recorded documents, so each location shows its own quantity and the business total adds up.

Does Tryso support batch and expiry tracking?

Yes. Products can be received in batches with expiry dates, which matters for pharmacies, food and cosmetics where you need to sell the oldest stock first.

Will online orders reduce my stock automatically?

Yes. Orders from your Tryso storefront reserve stock when they are placed, so you cannot sell the same item twice across the website and the counter.

Is there a free inventory plan?

Yes. Tryso has a free plan with no card required, so you can load your products and try stock tracking before you pay for anything.
